- Provide on-site and remote servicing of UC solutions for customers

- Work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT, telecommunications, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in 2nd-level support for Unified Communications (UC)
- Knowledge of structured building cabling and telecommunications technology
- Knowledge of routing/switching and experience with Microsoft and Linux operating systems
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Independent, structured working style and ability to work in a team
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Customer orientation and strong communication skills for direct contact with our clients
