Responsibilities
- Design and document comprehensive solutions for complex enterprise environments
- Implement and support Microsoft Enterprise Technologies and virtualisation platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Produce accurate, data-driven reports for management and technical audiences
- Collaborate within a team while working independently when required
- Provide mentoring to peers and other team members
- Provide consultation and assistance on Projects and large Body of Works
- Act as an escalation point for high priority issues both during business hours and outside of hours (on occasion)
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Enterprise Technologies (Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, Intune)
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, Cross-forest domains, Group Policy, PowerShell, Windows Server, and SQL
- Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware, VDI/DaaS)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), NPS, FIM/MIM, Entra ID, and Federation/SSO
- Desirable Skills: Exposure to enterprise vendor hardware/software (VMware, HPE/Dell Blade Servers, Nutanix HCI, Commvault, VEEAM, SANs, Red Hat)
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Understanding of ITIL v4 and best practices in Incident, Problem, and Change Management
