Responsibilities
Support the administration and implementation of compensation programs
Conduct salary surveys and market analyses
Assist in the maintenance of job architecture and career path frameworks
Provide salary recommendations for new hires and promotions
Analyze compensation data to identify trends
Research and interpret laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Develop compensation-related communications for HR stakeholders
Ensure data integrity within compensation systems
Participate in the annual compensation review process
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation or HR analysis
Proficiency in conducting salary surveys and analyzing market data
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS and compensation tools
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
