Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience managing and leading a team of data professionals
- 6+ years of practical experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis; expert-level SQL skills.
- Extensive experience (6+ years) in data analytics, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact.
- Proven experience in leading and defining data analytics strategies within a specific functional area or business unit
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and implement data-driven strategies and solutions that support the company’s goals
- Proven proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation
