About the role

  • Data Analyst focused on strategic data analysis for Customer Success at Sizebay. Enhancing customer operations by clarifying complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer databases (exchanges and returns, orders, categories, time periods)
  • Identify patterns, variations, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support CSMs in building strategic reports for meetings and QBRs
  • Calculate the financial impact of reducing exchanges and other performance improvements
  • Structure comparative analyses (before/after, by category, by period)
  • Create standardized analysis models and templates for the team
  • Support the identification of churn risks through data
  • Translate complex data into clear explanations for clients and leadership
  • Work together with CS, Product, and Operations to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of BI tools and/or Looker Studio
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
  • Experience analyzing operational, financial, or performance data
  • Ability to structure unorganized data
  • Minimum intermediate English (reading and writing)
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize
  • Ability to turn numbers into a business narrative
  • Desirable/plus: Fluent English; Experience with SQL; Prior experience at SaaS companies; Knowledge of metrics such as churn, LTV, conversion, retention; Experience analyzing e-commerce data; Knowledge of the fashion market; Experience supporting Customer Success teams.
