Responsibilities
Welcome clients and visitors at the showroom, providing a premium, consultative customer experience;
Present Daikin products, highlighting benefits, concepts and innovations across different product lines;
Register visitors in Marketing Cloud, segment contacts and activate communication journeys according to each visitor's profile;
Support regional events, training sessions and marketing activities;
Provide support to local sales teams with information on customers and leads generated at the showroom;
Work on converting sales of residential products through e-commerce;
When necessary, forward sales opportunities to the commercial team and authorized distributors.
Requirements
High school diploma (college studies in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields in progress are a plus)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service, showroom or consultative sales
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Availability to work 100% on-site at the Daikin showroom (Santa Lúcia – Belo Horizonte/MG).
