About the role

  • Consultor(a) de Atendimento e Marketing no showroom Daikin em Belo Horizonte. Recepcionando clientes e apresentando um portfólio de produtos em climatização.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors at the showroom, providing a premium, consultative customer experience;
  • Present Daikin products, highlighting benefits, concepts and innovations across different product lines;
  • Register visitors in Marketing Cloud, segment contacts and activate communication journeys according to each visitor's profile;
  • Support regional events, training sessions and marketing activities;
  • Provide support to local sales teams with information on customers and leads generated at the showroom;
  • Work on converting sales of residential products through e-commerce;
  • When necessary, forward sales opportunities to the commercial team and authorized distributors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (college studies in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields in progress are a plus)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, showroom or consultative sales
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Availability to work 100% on-site at the Daikin showroom (Santa Lúcia – Belo Horizonte/MG).
