Senior Web Designer responsible for brand consistency across digital channels at Aegro. Create optimized landing pages and develop visual solutions for marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Be the primary guardian of Aegro’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, campaigns and materials — digital and offline;
Create end-to-end digital campaigns, from creative concept to visual execution, ensuring consistent adaptations for paid media, social networks, email marketing and institutional initiatives;
Plan, design, build and optimize landing pages in HubSpot with a conversion focus, conducting A/B tests, performance analysis and continuous improvements;
Act strategically to define user-centered visual solutions that connect business goals, customer experience and branding;
Develop, document and evolve branding guidelines, visual standards and design systems to support scalable, high-quality brand growth;
Use AI tools practically and creatively for image generation and exploration while maintaining curation, aesthetic coherence and brand alignment;
Create and guide production of graphic materials for events, brand campaigns, institutional actions and internal communications;
Work proactively and collaboratively with Marketing, Product, Growth, Content and Performance teams, participating in strategic discussions and influencing visual decisions;
Support the evolution of the design team’s maturity by proposing process, workflow and best-practice improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, Advertising or a related field;
Solid experience (3–5 years) working as a Designer within digital marketing or product teams;
Strong command of visual design applied to brand building and management;
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
Hands-on experience with Figma for layout creation, design systems and collaboration;
Experience creating and optimizing landing pages in HubSpot (essential requirement);
Familiarity with Canva and an understanding of its strategic use within teams;
Portfolio required, demonstrating campaigns, pages, visual identity work and relevant projects;
Practical experience and knowledge in AI image generation, with critical judgment, visual curation and professional application;
Proactive, organized and collaborative profile with a genuine interest in developing the strategic layer of design, not only execution.
