  • Performance & Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations and analyze team performance metrics.
  • Strategic Improvement: Define a strategic roadmap for our customer support unit.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance data and customer satisfaction insights.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensure the communication of results to stakeholders.
