About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for GTM hiring at Dust, an AI operating system startup. Focusing on transforming recruitment with AI and building a world-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM hires across Pre and Post Sales, as well as Marketing.
  • Design and implement structured interview processes with objective scorecards for each role type
  • Build sourcing playbooks, talent maps, and attraction strategies for competitive market
  • Instrument hiring data and create dashboards to track pipeline health, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and other key metrics
  • Ensure every candidate leaves as a Dust fan, regardless of outcome
  • Provide timely, actionable feedback at every stage
  • Design efficient systems that respect candidates' time while maintaining high bar
  • Set candidates up for success with clear communication and preparation
  • Create compelling narrative about why top GTM talent should join Dust
  • Develop content, events, and community presence in market
  • Evangelize how AI is transforming the talent industry
  • Train hiring teams on structured interviewing and objective evaluation
  • Influence hiring strategy and talent planning
  • Build Dust agents to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance candidate experience
  • Demonstrate how AI can transform talent acquisition
  • Be a power user and evangelist for the product

Requirements

  • Senior GTM Recruiting Expertise (5+ years)
  • Proven track record hiring competitive GTM roles: enterprise Account Executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, technical sales roles
  • Can articulate sophisticated sourcing strategies, attraction techniques, and closing tactics
  • Deep understanding of GTM candidate profiles and how to assess sales talent
  • Examples of successfully filling hard-to-fill GTM roles in competitive markets
  • Startup/Scale-Up Builder (Series A-C)
  • Experience in high-growth tech, AI, or SaaS startups
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you have to figure things out
  • Understands the speed and scrappiness required at this stage
  • Data-Driven & System-Oriented
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks, improve systems, and drive better outcomes
  • Track and optimize metrics: pipeline health, time-to-hire, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, response rates, source effectiveness
  • Can build dashboards, analyze trends, and make recommendations based on data
  • Agency + Internal Experience (Ideal)
  • Experience in both agency recruiting and in-house talent roles
  • Understand both sourcing velocity/hunter mentality AND company building/strategic partnership
  • Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience recruiting at an AI company
  • Familiarity with Ashby ATS
  • Already using AI tools in your day-to-day recruiting workflows
  • Experience recruiting technical GTM roles (e.g., Solutions Engineers, Forward Deployment Engineers)
