Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for GTM hiring at Dust, an AI operating system startup. Focusing on transforming recruitment with AI and building a world-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM hires across Pre and Post Sales, as well as Marketing.
Design and implement structured interview processes with objective scorecards for each role type
Build sourcing playbooks, talent maps, and attraction strategies for competitive market
Instrument hiring data and create dashboards to track pipeline health, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and other key metrics
Ensure every candidate leaves as a Dust fan, regardless of outcome
Provide timely, actionable feedback at every stage
Design efficient systems that respect candidates' time while maintaining high bar
Set candidates up for success with clear communication and preparation
Create compelling narrative about why top GTM talent should join Dust
Develop content, events, and community presence in market
Evangelize how AI is transforming the talent industry
Train hiring teams on structured interviewing and objective evaluation
Influence hiring strategy and talent planning
Build Dust agents to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance candidate experience
Demonstrate how AI can transform talent acquisition
Competitive compensation: €70K – $100K base salary*
