About the role

  • Enterprise Resiliency Manager executing CVS Health's strategy for business continuity and resiliency programs. Leading initiatives and managing relationships for effective crisis management and operational continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with senior management and stakeholders to implement and support business continuity services
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for all escalations, concerns, or contentions related to the Business Continuity and Resiliency programs
  • Collaborate with assigned business units to ensure adherence to Business Continuity program policies and standards
  • Lead Business Continuity planning initiatives
  • Work closely with department leaders to conduct Business Impact Analyses, risk assessments, and develop risk mitigation strategies and BCPs
  • Support and manage the business continuity audit program
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify gaps in recovery strategies
  • Develop, coordinate, and facilitate comprehensive exercises to regularly test BCPs
  • Facilitate the creation of Site Incident Management plans
  • Support business unit incident response calls

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in Business Continuity, Enterprise Resiliency, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Emergency Management, Project Management, Operational Management
  • Minimum of one (1) year of people leadership experience
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule - one day per week in the office (Wednesdays)
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane)
