Enterprise Resiliency Manager executing CVS Health's strategy for business continuity and resiliency programs. Leading initiatives and managing relationships for effective crisis management and operational continuity.
Responsibilities
Interface with senior management and stakeholders to implement and support business continuity services
Act as the primary relationship manager for all escalations, concerns, or contentions related to the Business Continuity and Resiliency programs
Collaborate with assigned business units to ensure adherence to Business Continuity program policies and standards
Lead Business Continuity planning initiatives
Work closely with department leaders to conduct Business Impact Analyses, risk assessments, and develop risk mitigation strategies and BCPs
Support and manage the business continuity audit program
Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify gaps in recovery strategies
Develop, coordinate, and facilitate comprehensive exercises to regularly test BCPs
Facilitate the creation of Site Incident Management plans
Support business unit incident response calls
Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in Business Continuity, Enterprise Resiliency, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Emergency Management, Project Management, Operational Management
Minimum of one (1) year of people leadership experience
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule - one day per week in the office (Wednesdays)
Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane)
