Responsibilities
- Interface with senior management and stakeholders to implement and support business continuity services
- Act as the primary relationship manager for all escalations, concerns, or contentions related to the Business Continuity and Resiliency programs
- Collaborate with assigned business units to ensure adherence to Business Continuity program policies and standards
- Lead Business Continuity planning initiatives
- Work closely with department leaders to conduct Business Impact Analyses, risk assessments, and develop risk mitigation strategies and BCPs
- Support and manage the business continuity audit program
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify gaps in recovery strategies
- Develop, coordinate, and facilitate comprehensive exercises to regularly test BCPs
- Facilitate the creation of Site Incident Management plans
- Support business unit incident response calls
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in Business Continuity, Enterprise Resiliency, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Emergency Management, Project Management, Operational Management
- Minimum of one (1) year of people leadership experience
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule - one day per week in the office (Wednesdays)
- Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane)
