Requirements
15+ years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead large-scale strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results.
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and budgeting.
Expertise in data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces).
Advanced skills in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
Strong understanding of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
Skilled in contract negotiation and partnership development.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with executive-level stakeholders.
