Requirements
- 12+ years in product management, platforms, or digital engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience owning shared platforms used by multiple teams or business units
- Strong understanding of platform-as-a-product principles
- APIs, SDKs, and developer experience
- Distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Ability to influence without direct authority across large organizations
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
