About the role

  • Support educator operations and back office activities at Currículo Be as a Junior Bilingual Educational Advisor. Participate in delivering high-quality educational support to schools and teachers in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pedagogical and operational support to the Currículo Be Pedagogical Advisory team, focusing on back-office activities, process organization, and supportive pedagogical service to ensure quality, consistency, and smooth delivery of the team’s outputs.
  • Support substitute coverage at schools in specific situations (remote and, occasionally, in-person), helping maintain continuity of service and Currículo Be’s standard of excellence.
  • Assist the pedagogical advisory team with back-office routines, ensuring organized and consistent deliveries.
  • Serve as a supporting pedagogical advisor by analyzing and responding to more complex requests routed through internal workflows.
  • Help organize and update pedagogical documents, records, and support materials for the team.
  • Contribute to creating and standardizing frequently asked questions (FAQ), guidance, and recurring content for schools and educators.
  • Support pedagogical processes related to school implementation and daily routines.
  • Assist with training sessions, pedagogical alignments, and team needs (logistics, materials, communication, and organization).
  • When needed, act as a floating support for ad-hoc coverage (remote and, when required, in-person) during transitions or demand peaks.
  • Record service interactions, follow-ups, and deliverables in internal systems (according to defined processes).

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (Pedagogy), Languages, or Teaching Certifications; postgraduate degree or specialization in Bilingual Education and/or Educational Management (preferred); experience with teacher training, curriculum implementation, or pedagogical support (a plus); fluent English.
  • Hard Skills: Pedagogical knowledge, particularly in language teaching and/or bilingual contexts; ability to analyze and resolve pedagogical requests based on materials and curricular guidelines; organization and document production skills: records, reports, checklists, and quality standards; proficiency with digital tools and remote work environments (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.); ability to quickly learn internal systems/workflows and maintain process consistency.
  • Soft Skills: Clear, careful, and professional communication; collaborative, team-oriented profile; proactivity and autonomy to handle multiple requests and prioritize deliveries; attention to detail and responsibility for quality; flexibility and adaptability to work in different contexts (including occasional support at schools); active listening, ownership mindset, and commitment to pedagogical excellence.
