Perform tasks related to claims services for our policyholders within defined responsibilities and processes
Receive and analyze claim notifications received by mail and enter them into the system
Review and explain claim statements to customers by email or phone
Contact veterinarians to complete claim files
Various correspondence in German and French by mail, email or phone
Handle other miscellaneous tasks
Requirements
Strong proficiency with computer tools
Fluent in German — spoken and written (native German/Swiss German required)
Good command of French
