About the role

  • Gestionnaire service clients dans l'assurance animale, répondant aux demandes des clients en allemand et français. Tâches variées incluant gestion de sinistres et correspondance.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Perform tasks related to claims services for our policyholders within defined responsibilities and processes
  • Receive and analyze claim notifications received by mail and enter them into the system
  • Review and explain claim statements to customers by email or phone
  • Contact veterinarians to complete claim files
  • Various correspondence in German and French by mail, email or phone
  • Handle other miscellaneous tasks

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with computer tools
  • Fluent in German — spoken and written (native German/Swiss German required)
  • Good command of French
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit
