About the role

  • Account Manager at Curant Health, liaising with rare disease manufacturer partners. Ensuring client satisfaction and supporting successful execution of contracted services in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary external liaison and Curant Point of Contact (CPOC) for assigned rare disease manufacturer partners
  • Build strong partnerships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist in the successful execution of all contracted services
  • Identify opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and support program launches
  • Manage business reviews and ensure Curant Rare meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Maintain accountability for total census across all partners and related revenue integrity
  • Collaborate with various teams to support overall product health

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy programs and/or rare disease pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Previous experience in client relationship management within rare disease is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of internet software, order processing systems, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, logically, and consistently across stakeholders
  • Strong independent judgment and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
