About the role

  • Sales executive representing Culligan's products and growing client base in defined territory through consultative selling. Focused on achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect new clients within the designated territory, identifying business opportunities for Culligan products and services.
  • Manage and expand the portfolio of active customers by conducting regular visits and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations of Culligan solutions to prospects and customers, tailoring the value proposition to each account profile.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring data is up to date, forecasts are accurate, and all open opportunities are followed up.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales volume targets set for the territory.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms consultatively, seeking solutions that create customer value and profitability for the company.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors in the territory, reporting strategic insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, service, finance) to ensure proper delivery of contracted solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and relationship-building activities in the territory to increase Culligan brand visibility.
  • Prepare activity reports, results, and sales forecasts, presenting them to the manager in a periodic and structured manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in consultative sales with a focus on hunting (acquiring new clients).
  • Proven experience in active prospecting, market development, and business development.
  • Availability for occasional business travel.
