Responsibilities
Meeting and exceeding customer expectations both over the phone and in person when fulfilling orders and helping with products
Refills inventory with additional stock as necessary to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and choice
Assists customer service representatives as well as warehouse associates at times when additional assistance is needed to meet customer demand
Understands product capabilities, warranties, product usages and challenges, to further educate and serve external customer
Ensures counter area and other areas of store are neat, clean, and always stocked
Performs other related duties as assigned and as necessary depending on the location
