About the role

  • Senior Sales/Campaign Manager focusing on business opportunities and long-term partnerships in satellite communications. Collaborating with stakeholders and leading complex sales campaigns for military projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with national and European partners in satellite communications
  • Identify new business opportunities through to contract closure
  • Manage the entire acquisition process in line with the business plan
  • Coordinate complex sales campaigns, including development of sales strategies and acquisition plans
  • Actively participate in contract negotiations and support marketing activities

Requirements

  • University degree (Business, Management, Economics or Engineering)
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in complex military projects
  • Solid knowledge of military procurement processes (Germany)
  • Experience leading large-scale tenders/procurements
  • Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Creative, “out-of-the-box” thinking
  • Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams
  • Native-level German
  • Fluent English
