About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager at CUJU focusing on data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance user acquisition and retention. Revolutionizing football talent identification through cutting-edge AI technology.

Responsibilities

  • Performance strategy and execution
  • Develop, implement and optimize international full-funnel performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan and manage budget-driven online campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and more
  • Segment target audiences and explore/test new performance channels and customer journeys to scale user growth
  • Monitor cost-per-acquisition (CPI, CPL, etc.) and optimize budget allocation
  • Campaign management and analysis
  • Build marketing funnels and campaigns to activate users of the CUJU App
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and tools like Looker Studio, Excel or CRM systems
  • Derive actionable insights and implement continuous improvements
  • Work closely with internal teams (Content, Product, Data, etc.) and external agencies to align campaign objectives and execution
  • Conduct market benchmarking, user persona and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities
  • Support cross-market learning and rollouts based on campaign insights
  • Track campaign performance using core KPIs and conversion rates and regularly report to stakeholders with optimization recommendations
  • A/B test content, ads and landing pages, etc.
  • Monitor budget efficiency and recommend budget allocation aligned with objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in paid media/performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Highly analytical mindset with solid knowledge of tracking, analytics tools and Excel
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and experience with performance KPIs
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field
  • Bonus: experience with CRM systems, Looker Studio or marketing automation tools
  • Fluent German and English (Portuguese a plus)
