About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager focusing on paid media strategies to enhance CUJU's digital presence in sports tech. Engaging with international marketing channels and optimizing user acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive CUJU's digital growth
  • Develop, implement and optimize international full-funnel performance marketing strategies
  • Plan and manage budget-driven online campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
  • Conduct audience segmentation and explore new performance channels
  • Monitor cost-per-acquisition metrics (CPI, CPL, etc.)
  • Campaign management and analysis
  • Build marketing funnels and campaigns to activate CUJU App users
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies
  • Perform market benchmarking, user persona and competitor analyses
  • Report on and optimize campaign performance

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media/performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid knowledge of tracking, analytics tools and Excel
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and experience with performance KPIs
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field
  • Fluent German and English (Portuguese a plus)
