About the role

  • Marketing Coordinator responsible for managing and executing marketing initiatives for a sign manufacturing company. Focused on brand awareness, social media, and visual content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate professional photography and videography for projects, installations, and company initiatives
  • Capture photo and video content independently using provided equipment or personal gear (as appropriate)
  • Develop creative content aligned with established content pillars and brand standards
  • Design marketing assets including social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and website visuals
  • Manage and grow all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Plan, Schedule, and publish consistent and engaging content
  • Write compelling captions, posts, and short-form copy
  • Monitor engagement, respond professionally to messages/comments, and track performance metrics
  • Maintain and update website content to reflect current projects, services, and brand messaging
  • Create and execute mail marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints are cohesive, professional, and on-brand
  • Maintain strong brand awareness across all platforms
