About the role

  • Marketing Lead at Twinstake overseeing marketing strategies and execution, engaging in all aspects from lead generation to brand building. Focused on driving commercial growth and visibility in the institutional space.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and executing lead generation initiatives across digital channels
  • Managing CRM, email marketing and nurture campaigns to support pipeline growth
  • Designing and running data-driven digital campaigns, testing and iterating based on performance
  • Tracking performance metrics and turning insights into action
  • Creating and overseeing high-quality content across formats (blogs, thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, case studies, website copy)
  • Managing content distribution across social, newsletters, website and other relevant channels
  • Helping position Twinstake as a credible institutional voice in staking and digital assets
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to surface strong stories and insights
  • Strengthening and evolving our brand positioning, tone of voice and messaging
  • Driving visibility across the ecosystem through content, campaigns, partnerships and events
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, from sales collateral to external communications
  • Working closely with sales on enablement materials, campaigns and GTM initiatives
  • Supporting sales enablement sessions with tailored collateral and messaging
  • Acting as a trusted partner to commercial stakeholders across sales, partnerships and customer success
  • Supporting event planning, coordination and execution (conferences, roundtables, sponsorships)
  • Helping maximise ROI from events through pre- and post-event campaigns and content
  • Owning the marketing roadmap and priorities, balancing short-term execution with longer-term impact
  • Bringing structure, organisation and clarity to how marketing is run
  • Making pragmatic, outcome-focused decisions in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

  • Solid experience in B2B marketing, ideally in fintech, financial services, SaaS or adjacent sectors
  • Strong hands-on execution experience across content, digital marketing, CRM/email and campaigns
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and supporting revenue-driven initiatives
  • Comfort operating as a standalone marketer in a start-up environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimising campaign performance
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Hubspot or similar) and pipeline management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with high energy and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
