About the role

• Event Coordinator leading the delivery of high-impact events from concept to execution for Centorrino Technologies. Responsible for managing budgets, logistics, and on-site event delivery.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end planning process, bringing ideas to life, managing budgets and vendors, coordinating logistics, and overseeing on-site delivery. You’ll ensure every detail is covered and that each event runs smoothly, aligns with business objectives, and delivers meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

• **What you'll bring:**
• Experience in event coordination, including managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong project coordination, organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with multiple teams and departments, clients, vendors and partners.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges as they arise.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimising event budgets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Hubspot advantageous.
• Flexibility and willingness to work outside of regular business hours and travel when required.
