About the role

  • Technical IT Support Specialist bridging customers and development department. Handling technical inquiries in 2nd and 3rd level support roles.

Responsibilities

  • Technical point of contact for customers – remote and on-site when requested
  • Act as the interface between customers and the development team
  • Handle inquiries and incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
  • Perform technical pre-analyses, identify and prioritize issues
  • Independently manage customer tickets and document thoroughly in the ticketing system
  • Support the development team with software quality assurance
  • Optional on-call phone duty outside office hours (voluntary)

Requirements

  • Ideally completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker / IT specialist)
  • Motivated career changers from related fields are also very welcome
  • Strong knowledge of at least one database, e.g., Oracle, SQL or SQLite
  • Familiarity with Linux — solid Linux skills are an advantage
  • Ideally experience in customer service or IT installations
  • Interest in automotive topics
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Customer- and solution-oriented working style with quick comprehension
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanour
