About the role
- HR Business Partner Apprentice overseeing apprentices' training in a leading family business for material flow solutions. Engaging in personal and organizational support throughout their apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for vocational training at the European headquarters and at German branch offices
- Support and supervision of apprentices, school interns and FOS (vocational high school) interns
- Advising trainers/mentors and managers on employment-law questions
- Further development of the training program and adjustment to current requirements
- Close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders and departments
- Participation in and takeover of overarching, strategic sub-projects/projects within HR
Requirements
- Experience in HR, ideally in the area of vocational training
- Commercial/business background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
