Responsibilities
Responsible for vocational training at the European headquarters and at German branch offices
Support and supervision of apprentices, school interns and FOS (vocational high school) interns
Advising trainers/mentors and managers on employment-law questions
Further development of the training program and adjustment to current requirements
Close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders and departments
Participation in and takeover of overarching, strategic sub-projects/projects within HR
Requirements
Experience in HR, ideally in the area of vocational training
Commercial/business background
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Affinity for IT topics
