About the role

  • HR Business Partner Apprentice overseeing apprentices' training in a leading family business for material flow solutions. Engaging in personal and organizational support throughout their apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for vocational training at the European headquarters and at German branch offices
  • Support and supervision of apprentices, school interns and FOS (vocational high school) interns
  • Advising trainers/mentors and managers on employment-law questions
  • Further development of the training program and adjustment to current requirements
  • Close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders and departments
  • Participation in and takeover of overarching, strategic sub-projects/projects within HR

Requirements

  • Experience in HR, ideally in the area of vocational training
  • Commercial/business background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Affinity for IT topics
  • Empathetic
  • Supports autonomy and personal development
  • Communicative and open-minded
