About the role

  • Business Developer engaging potential business opportunities in the German market while located in Barcelona. Building strong client relationships and executing sales strategies with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential business opportunities in the German market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies
  • Prepare and present reports to management on sales performance, goals, and forecasts
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with B2 level English proficiency
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
