About the role

  • Business Development Specialist developing local sales structures at visionm GmbH. Implementing and optimizing sales processes while collaborating with various teams in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and expand sales structures and the ideal sales process at individual locations during the integration phase
  • Responsible for onboarding locations and their new sales employees
  • Analyze the current state and derive appropriate measures; support and train colleagues on site with practical sales tools
  • Track implementation of agreed measures and the achievement of milestones in cooperation with project management
  • Candidate screening and advising management on hiring new sales employees at the locations
  • Build and further develop structured sales controlling, including definition, tracking and analysis of central sales KPIs during the onboarding phase
  • Support the marketing team
  • Continuously optimize processes and sales tools in close collaboration with Product Management, Operational Excellence and Marketing
  • Encourage exchange among sales staff and locations to implement successful sales approaches

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales with a B2C focus
  • Experience in building and implementing sales structures
  • Enjoyment of on-site support with corresponding travel activity
  • Outgoing, empathetic, self-initiative and persuasive, to establish sales processes on site and train employees
  • Strong communication skills and networking competence
  • Willingness to travel across Germany (driving license class B)
  • Very good German language skills
