Requirements
Native German speaker with B2 level English proficiency
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (minimum 1-2 years)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
