  • Marketing Manager responsible for delivering effective marketing solutions and strategies at Crisp. Focused on project management, client relationships, and multichannel marketing execution.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored and effective marketing solutions.
  • Maintain continuous communication with regular progress updates.
  • Incorporate client feedback to refine services and build strong partnerships.
  • Plan and implement multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Generate diverse marketing assets like competitive analyses, personas, and journey maps.
  • Manage project contractors and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee budgets and ensure smooth vendor collaboration.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, refining strategies based on outcomes.
  • Oversee and execute marketing projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Create and monitor marketing roadmaps, adapting to changes as needed.
  • Address client needs with prompt solutions and transparent communication.
  • Independently manage smaller engagements or collaborate on larger projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client teams.
  • Ensure seamless and collaborative communication.
  • Lead client and internal meetings to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Provide regular updates on project milestones and adjustments.
  • Participate in client operations meetings and contribute to overall company success.
  • Foster a positive company culture and offer innovative improvement ideas.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and implementation.
  • Proven track record in project management and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and leading client meetings.
  • Background in vendor and budget management.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, project management course or training or similar is an asset.
  • Previous experience as a marketing contractor, freelancer or working in an agency setting is highly preferred.
  • Background working with small businesses ($1M to $8M in revenue), with smaller marketing budgets ($250k to $500k per year).
