- Manejo de múltiples vacantes de forma simultánea en entornos de alta demanda
- Presentación de shortlists, validación técnica básica y acompañamiento en cierre
- Uso de ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, bolsas de empleo y hunting activo
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) para interacción con clientes internacionales
