Seguimiento a procesos de selección, SLA’s, tiempos de cobertura y pipeline
Relación directa con clientes: status meetings, reportes, negociaciones y feedback
Coordinación entre cliente, candidatos y equipo interno
Manejo de múltiples vacantes de forma simultánea en entornos de alta demanda
Presentación de shortlists, validación técnica básica y acompañamiento en cierre
Uso de ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, bolsas de empleo y hunting activo
Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) para interacción con clientes internacionales
