Responsibilities
Quality assurance of due diligence reviews and risk analyses related to the procurement of third‑party services (QECI assessment)
Support in maintaining, updating and quality‑assuring the outsourcing register (EBA) as well as the information register (DORA)
Tracking and follow‑up of information requests to other departments
Contributing to the further development of the outsourcing strategy, policy and processes
Preparation, support and follow‑up for internal and external audits
Requirements
Degree in business/economics or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in outsourcing management
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, MaRisk, EBA) and an understanding of governance, risk and compliance structures within credit institutions
High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and structuring skills
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good written and spoken German and English skills
