About the role
- Outsourcing Manager in Financial Operations ensuring quality assurance and compliance in third-party services. Engaging in strategy development while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Quality assurance of due diligence reviews and risk analyses related to the procurement of third‑party services (QECI assessment)
- Support in maintaining, updating and quality‑assuring the outsourcing register (EBA) as well as the information register (DORA)
- Tracking and follow‑up of information requests to other departments
- Contributing to the further development of the outsourcing strategy, policy and processes
- Preparation, support and follow‑up for internal and external audits
Requirements
- Degree in business/economics or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in outsourcing management
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, MaRisk, EBA) and an understanding of governance, risk and compliance structures within credit institutions
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and structuring skills
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
