Requirements
- Extensive experience in managing strategic contracts across their lifecycle
- Deep understanding of contract management frameworks, risk management, and performance management
- Expertise in designing and delivering improvement programs in large complex organisations
- Advanced understanding of contract governance, dispute resolution, and supplier performance management
- Expertise in risk-based contract decision-making and contract variation strategies
- Familiar with predictive contract analytics for trend forecasting and supplier risk identification
