About the role

  • Active, consultative prospecting of clients and partners to offer insurance products;
  • Leading executive meetings, conducting needs assessments, and designing customized solutions;
  • Managing and prioritizing the CRM pipeline with predictability and consistent cadence;
  • Representing Creditas to partners, reinforcing the value proposition and competitive differentiators.

Requirements

  • Experience at Financial Institutions and/or Insurance companies
  • Proven professional experience in prospecting and building a client portfolio
  • Proven experience managing B2B portfolios and partner relationships
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent sales and persuasion skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Agility, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure
  • Analytical mindset and a focus on continuous process improvement
  • Quick problem-solving and reasoning skills
  • Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once per month for 4 consecutive days, usually during the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
