About the role

Responsibilities
- Accompagner la Direction dans la mise en place de la politique sociale
- Apporter un soutien quotidien aux managers et aux équipes RH
- Securiser et piloter les dossiers individuels
- Préparer et animer les réunions avec les Instances Représentatives du Personnel
- Contribuer aux négociations collectives
Requirements
- Titulaire d'un Master de droit spécialisé en droit social ou d'un Master RH
- Expérience minimale de 5 ans en tant que Juriste social
- Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement des IRP
- Sensibilité aux risques
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de conseil
- Aisance dans les interactions
