- Você acompanha os assuntos sensíveis, gerencia pré-litígios e coordena nossos advogados externos.
- Você garante vigilância proativa e torna o direito acessível internamente.
- Você apoia perfis juniores/estagiários, desenvolve suas competências e participa da estruturação da equipe.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in business law, ideally in a start-up/scale-up
- Strong contractual expertise and genuine appetite for negotiation
- Ability to translate law into concrete solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building, improving, challenging
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding and transforming environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills: you know how to work with non-legal profiles.
