Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Amazon QuickSight.
- Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
- Validate and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
- Build and implement scalable BI solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize data models and reporting pipelines.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.
- Craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences—executives, peers, and frontline teams—simplifying complex data findings for both technical and non-technical groups.
- Deliver insights with clarity and confidence to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science) and 4 years’ experience in a related field (Business Intelligence, data analytics)
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and visualization tools (Visio/Lucid, Smartsheet).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across diverse teams.
- Highly self-motivated and organized with an ownership mindset.
- Effective communication skills—able to translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
