Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Amazon QuickSight.
Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
Validate and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
Build and implement scalable BI solutions aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize data models and reporting pipelines.
Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.
Craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences—executives, peers, and frontline teams—simplifying complex data findings for both technical and non-technical groups.
Deliver insights with clarity and confidence to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Stay current with emerging BI trends, tools, and technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve data accessibility and usability across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science) and 4 years’ experience in a related field (Business Intelligence, data analytics)
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight) and SQL.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and visualization tools (Visio/Lucid, Smartsheet).
Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across diverse teams.
Highly self-motivated and organized with an ownership mindset.
Effective communication skills—able to translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
