Responsibilities
Responsibility for the technical property management of special-purpose properties with a focus on the hotel sector, acting as the owner’s representative
Budget planning, monitoring and reporting in close coordination with Asset Management
Coordination, assessment and implementation of technical measures in accordance with HOAI, including technical due diligences (TDDs) and ESG requirements
Organization and supervision of maintenance, inspections and external service providers
Technical assessment and documentation of properties, including maintenance of the data room and support in acquisition and disposal processes
Regular site visits nationwide, including verification of tenants’ compliance with lease obligations
Point of contact for tenants, internal departments, Asset Management and external service providers (e.g., lawyers, consultants)
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification, or completed technical vocational training
Several years of professional experience in technical property management, ideally in the hotel or special-property sector
Very good knowledge of HOAI; good knowledge of itwo is desirable
Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Excellent spoken and written German and English
Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
Willingness to travel within Germany
