Responsibilities
You ensure that rent increases are implemented in a legally compliant, transparent and socially responsible manner.
In doing so, you work closely with internal departments and external partners and actively contribute to the financial development of our residential portfolio.
Review and implementation of rent increases in accordance with legal and contractual requirements
Communicating with tenants about rent adjustments
Preparation of rent increase letters and documentation of transactions
Cooperation with internal departments and external partners
Support in the further development of digital tools in rent management
Requirements
Vocational training as a real estate specialist (Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) or comparable qualification
Experience in rent management, ideally with a focus on rent increases
Knowledge of tenancy law and confident use of MS Office and SAP desirable
Carefulness, strong communication skills and a good sense of social responsibility
