Responsibilities
You ensure that rent increases are implemented in a legally compliant, transparent and socially responsible manner.
You work closely with internal specialist departments and external partners and actively contribute to the financial development of our residential portfolio.
Review and implementation of rent increases in accordance with legal and contractual requirements
Communicating with tenants about adjustments to rent levels
Drafting rent increase notices and documenting the processes
Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external partners
Support in the further development of digital tools for rent management
Requirements
Vocational training as a real estate agent/property manager or a comparable qualification
Experience in rent management, ideally with a focus on rent increases
Knowledge of tenancy law and confident use of MS Office and SAP desirable
Attention to detail, strong communication skills and a good sense of social responsibility
