About the role
- Property Manager at Covivio managing rental increases legally and socially responsibly. Collaborating with internal and external partners to develop housing management digital tools.
Responsibilities
- You ensure that rent increases are implemented in a legally compliant, transparent and socially responsible manner.
- You work closely with internal specialist departments and external partners and actively contribute to the financial development of our residential portfolio.
- Review and implementation of rent increases in accordance with legal and contractual requirements
- Communicating with tenants about adjustments to rent levels
- Drafting rent increase notices and documenting the processes
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external partners
- Support in the further development of digital tools for rent management
Requirements
- Vocational training as a real estate agent/property manager or a comparable qualification
- Experience in rent management, ideally with a focus on rent increases
- Knowledge of tenancy law and confident use of MS Office and SAP desirable
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills and a good sense of social responsibility
