Responsibilities
Administrative and commercial management of a defined property portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients' concerns
Active participation in portfolio development
Correspondence with our clients, service providers, legal representatives, authorities, etc.
Handling of termination processes (lease terminations)
Conducting preliminary inspections, final inspections on termination, and handovers after re-letting
Processing and management of defects and maintenance issues
Regular portfolio inspections and responsibility for ensuring continuous property safety and compliance
Collaboration with the technical team
Close cooperation with external service providers (especially caretakers/janitorial staff, tradespeople, etc.)
Ongoing data maintenance
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a real estate specialist (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in property management
Ideally experience with SAP
Good command of Microsoft Office applications
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Service-oriented mindset and approach
