Property Manager responsible for managing residential properties and tenant experiences with Covivio. Engaging in tenant relations and property maintenance coordination to enhance living environments.
Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for a wide range of issues and challenges related to the management of our residential properties
Monitoring and care of our property portfolio and promoting harmonious coexistence among our tenants
Organizing and conducting tenant support, advisory services and personal meetings to ensure high customer satisfaction
Responsible for apartment handovers and inspections, including careful documentation and communication with the rental parties
Undertaking caretaking/maintenance tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and to maintain the safety of our properties
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training as a Real Estate Clerk (m/f/d) or a vocational/trade qualification — alternatively a comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of building technology (building systems)
Practical hands-on experience in trade/maintenance work
Confident user of MS Office; ideally SAP and general IT skills
Strong communication skills combined with confidence in handling conflict situations
Strong solution orientation, team spirit, and a high degree of customer and service orientation when facing daily challenges
