About the role
- Property Manager managing commercial real estate for Covivio, supporting tenants and overseeing property maintenance in Berlin. Collaboration with technical teams to ensure service quality.
Responsibilities
- Independent commercial/administrative management and client support for an assigned portfolio of commercial properties
- Primary point of contact for tenants and business partners, including correspondence with clients, authorities and service providers
- Drafting, reviewing and amending lease agreements and addenda, as well as handling terminations
- Property management including preliminary inspections, handovers, defect remediation and coordination of maintenance
- Regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and legal obligations
- Close collaboration with the technical team and management of external service providers to improve service quality
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a real estate agent/administrator (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in property management, preferably in commercial real estate
- Ideally, experience working with SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills; excellent written and spoken German
- Service-oriented mindset and approach
- Organized working style and enjoyment of teamwork
