Responsibilities
Independent commercial/administrative management and client support for an assigned portfolio of commercial properties
Primary point of contact for tenants and business partners, including correspondence with clients, authorities and service providers
Drafting, reviewing and amending lease agreements and addenda, as well as handling terminations
Property management including preliminary inspections, handovers, defect remediation and coordination of maintenance
Regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and legal obligations
Close collaboration with the technical team and management of external service providers to improve service quality
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a real estate agent/administrator (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in property management, preferably in commercial real estate
Ideally, experience working with SAP
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills; excellent written and spoken German
Service-oriented mindset and approach
