About the role

  • Property and Project Manager for technical property management in the hotel sector focusing on owner representation. Overseeing budget planning, reporting, and compliance with technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the technical property management of special-purpose buildings with a focus on the hotel sector, acting as the owner's representative
  • Budget planning, monitoring and reporting in close coordination with European asset management
  • Management, analysis (including energy assessments) and implementation of technical measures in accordance with HOAI, fire protection and ESG requirements
  • Execution, support and preparation of Technical Due Diligence (TDD) reports
  • Coordination and management of insurance claims
  • Monitoring of maintenance and statutory safety inspections
  • Technical assessment and documentation of properties, including data-room maintenance and support for acquisition and disposal processes
  • Regular site inspections nationwide with a focus on verifying tenants' compliance with lease obligations
  • Primary contact for tenants on operational and technical matters
  • Close coordination with internal specialist departments, in particular asset management
  • Close coordination with external service providers and technical consultants such as engineering firms, lawyers and surveyors/experts
  • Ensuring transparent and professional communication among all project stakeholders (partly in English)

Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification, or completed vocational training in a technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in technical property management, ideally in the hotel or special-purpose property sector
  • Very good knowledge of HOAI; good knowledge of itwo is desirable
  • Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
