About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee Covius Settlement Services' title Production, Post Closing Services and Vendor Relations divisions.
- Manage the activities of title production in the Troy facility and develop redundant operations in multiple locations.
- Manage high volumes of production through centralized operating centers.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage outsourced production.
- Monitor and manage delivery of all transaction related items to clients within agreed upon timeframes.
- Perform hiring, training, and performance management processes.
- Develop, revise, and implement processes and procedures according to regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ten (10) or more years experience in residential mortgage lending production, with a strong concentration in title, escrow, closing, and funding.
- Management of high volumes of production through centralized operating centers.
- Ten (10) or more years experience in a leadership role.
- Be an individual licensed title agent.
