About the role
- Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Consultant designing solutions for COSMOTE Global Solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring user-friendly adoption of SharePoint sites.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint/M365 solutions
- Design and structure SharePoint sites, including CVs, knowledge areas, and Copilot platforms
- Support change management initiatives, including training, user support, and feedback collection
- Ensure solutions are user-friendly, well-designed, and adoption-focused.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions delivery.(for Seniors only)
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration and development.
- Proven experience in migrating to SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Excellent understanding of SharePoint frameworks, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Technical proficiency in SharePoint Online, Lists, Libraries, and workflows.
- Experience in creating custom SharePoint solutions, applications, and web parts.
- Design-oriented mindset with proven experience in SharePoint site architecture, information architecture, and content organization.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, including driving user adoption, training, and adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Certification in Microsoft 365 or SharePoint technologies is highly desirable.
