About the role

  • Junior Account Executive focused on expanding Bepark’s B2B client portfolio across France. Responsibilities include prospecting, understanding customer needs, and connecting with senior account executives.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for building a qualified pipeline by targeting companies across France.
  • This includes identifying new parking needs due to relocations, prospecting around newly opened parking sites, identifying national key accounts, and researching industries with specific parking requirements.
  • Although this is a Junior Account Executive role, there is potential to progress to managing small deals after a minimum of 6 months of prospecting for high-performing candidates.
  • Over time, this role can evolve into an Account Executive (AE) position for top performers, as has happened for other colleagues in the past.

Requirements

  • You have a proven first experience as an SDR or in a similar role, preferably in real estate or B2B.
  • You are comfortable on the phone: at our company, 95% of SDR prospecting is done via cold calls (marketing handles email campaigns).
  • French is your native language or you speak it fluently; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • You are resilient: hitting walls while prospecting? No problem — you have the determination to bounce back without losing motivation.
  • You are proactive and creative: does reception not transfer you? You don't give up. You find alternative solutions to reach your prospect. Kaspr doesn't have the number? No problem — you do whatever it takes to find it and secure the call!
  • You are organized and meticulous: you pay close attention to every detail. Your CRM is always up to date and your records are impeccably logged to facilitate follow-up and maximize efficiency.
  • You have a good understanding of the real estate sector, ideally in offices or asset management.
