About the role

Responsibilities

  • You monitor the market and acquire new partner companies for corplife Benefits
  • You advise leads in the lifestyle sector and close deals
  • You analyze the needs and campaign objectives of potential advertising partners
  • You conduct proposal and contract negotiations including pricing
  • You proactively reach out to potential new partners

Requirements

  • Commercial training or initial professional experience in sales – ideally in software sales or the HR-tech sector
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for inspiring customers with digital solutions
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets – viewing challenges as opportunities
  • Enjoy working in a team, taking responsibility and acting proactively
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and analytical approach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
