Responsibilities

  • Working with Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Copeland, you will improve your skills learned in the classroom by balancing the priorities of multiple engineering teams and projects.
  • Collaborate with different departments in addition to their own, in areas such as Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Sales, Materials, Management, etc.
  • Spend time in a manufacturing setting, in a lab/testing environment, and/or be willing to work in an office setting.
  • Your responsibilities will combine individual tasks as well as collaborative work or group projects.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong interest in manufacturing, process improvement, or product design
  • Skills or coursework in areas such as CAD/3D modeling, machining, data analysis, Lean/continuous improvement, or automation
