About the role

Responsibilities

- oversee QA under a dedicated QA Lead
- drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows

Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience
- multi-platform digital products experience
- focus on Reactjs, React Native, Roku, Swift/Kotlin, and Go languages
- experience leading engineering in media, streaming, consumer tech, or high-scale digital environments
- proven ability to improve execution rigor and delivery predictability
- experience overseeing PMO or delivery organizations
- strong understanding of mobile, web, backend architectures, and streaming ecosystems
- demonstrated success driving modernization initiatives (automation, AI adoption, DevOps improvements)
- strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
