Senior E-commerce Analyst managing B2B demands and VTEX configurations at Copag. Supporting internal areas and engaging with commercial representatives in a hybrid work model in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
Manage the B2B demand backlog with agencies and suppliers, tracking deadlines, priorities and quality of deliveries.
Act as N2 (Level 2) support to resolve complex customer service (SAC) issues related to B2B.
Execute operational configurations on the VTEX platform (promotions, collections, storefronts and basic adjustments).
Lead periodic meetings and alignments with sales representatives to ensure process standardization and updates to commercial rules.
Provide support to internal departments in the billing process when necessary.
Send and keep updated the price tables and quotas for B2B clients.
Monitor B2B billing, reconciling online orders and representative orders.
Prioritize and manage the technical backlog with agencies and suppliers, balancing urgent tasks and strategic deliveries.
Act as L2 for complex B2B customer service requests, resolving issues involving commercial rules and integrations.
Maintain stability and accuracy in VTEX configurations to prevent operational impacts.
Engage and align sales representatives, ensuring standardized processes, correct system usage and updates to price tables and quotas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed.
Essential experience with VTEX and managing third-party backlogs.
Experience working with B2B clients is a plus.
Experience with sales administrative and operational routines.
Intermediate English.
